We live in East Tennessee, and haven’t had much snow this year in 2020. The first time was very little, so the children had a pleasant surprise when the weather made a sudden change on the 24th, and a good covering of snow came. People have seen many pictures of conifers in snow, but I’m not sure how many pictures of hardwood trees they’ve seen with a snow covering.
With that in mind, I present these pictures. I adjusted the brightness/contrast to show the brilliance of what I saw. The last picture is a view of the woods in the shadows facing north.
